Bogey’s Tavern
New England favorites from a scratch kitchen, craft cocktails and a golf-era tavern room, right across from Largo Central Park.
About Bogey’s Tavern
Bogey’s Tavern brings Northeast tavern cooking to East Bay Drive with Florida’s easy pace. The kitchen makes everything from scratch, from haddock fish and chips and New England clam chowder to steak tips, burgers and handmade fried dough.
Owners Pam Dufour and Matt D’Ottavio are longtime hospitality pros who built the room as a sit-down destination: dark woods, warm colors and vintage golf décor with a 1930s speakeasy feel. It is a tavern for dinner and conversation, not a sports bar.
Sundays are for brunch, with mimosas and eggs Benedict. The private dining room seats 18 for rehearsal dinners, team outings and celebrations, and a 42-seat patio with live acoustic music opens as the weather cools.
